Description

Biro meat mixer and grinder, model# AFMG-52. Complete with stainless steel hopper, measuring 23in x 20in x 28in deep, includes stainless steel paddle mixer with (2) 2in x 6in paddles. (1) 14in long curved paddle and (1) 16in long dual curved paddles, mounted on common shaft. Under mixing arms is 6in diameter screw discharge, extruding product through 5in diameter die plate with 1/8in diameter perforations. Hopper also includes 5in diameter bottom side access port. Auger is driven by 7-1/2 HP, 2230 Volt, 3/60 Hz motor thru chain and sprocket. Mixer serial# LR 6494-25. Grinder serial# 52309.
