Description

Slightly used during the production trial and commissioning only. This Flaker is used for slicing meat blocks and other products at -8C.

The CBC HP cuts the frozen block by means of a rotating 4-blade roller. This produces pieces of irregular shapes and sizes of between 5 and 10 mm, depending on the type and temperature of the meat.

The cut product is unloaded directly onto standard 200-liter trolleys.

Machines designed and manufactured in accordance with CE hygiene and safety standards.
